A week of accompanied prayer

The local churches have combined to offer you a Week of Accompanied
Prayer in Bedhampton.
The format is very simple. A team of experienced Prayer Companions organise the week. They spend time encouraging and supporting you as you explore your relationship with God.
No previous experience is needed. As a 'pilgrim', you commit to spend half an hour a day praying with a suggested text, usually at home or in a quiet place. Come to one of the venues each day and meet your Prayer Companion - share as much as you wish of what happened in the prayer - it's all totally confidential.
There are 5 individual meetings in the morning, afternoon or evening from Monday 25th to Saturday 30th April.
There is an introduction to the week, where you will meet your companion, at the Ark, St Peter's Church, Northney, on Sunday April 24th at 7:30pm, and a closing meeting at the same venue on Sunday 1st May at 4pm.
In order to cover expenses we invite a donation. In view of the expenses for the Prayer Companions, we suggest a figure of £20 but please do not let cost be a barrier - give what you can afford.
Events like this are very fruitful in deepening your personal relationship with God. The week will open up exciting new ways for both participants and Prayer Companions from different denominations to pray and work together.
